I love it, even though it's supposedly a "dark" setting, I love the feel of looking out to space from a ship

Even though the main impression is that the picture is dark but when you start to look more and more at the detail you realize it's richly colourful with splashes from every colour of the rainbow. The detail is amazing and makes you think you are not in Kansas anymore. This is a whole new universe to explore and enjoy. The whole piece is very expressive. Wonderful.

You are right about that. They fly through the nebula.
And the main character is meditating, so the colors are very bright nebula.
Overall it was drawn under the influence of a lot of vodka and cocaine.
And would that feel of the picture was exactly the same.
