B is more dynamic and D is more peaceful, it all depends on what feeling you want for the audience, I guess.

i usually prefer very dynamic poses, so... but obviously it's very personal
(a and c are more 'classical' if you know what i0m thinking, it also depends very much on what tyou wanna do with the final pics

I like D. But the editing point for the crop squares sit best on C. C also makes good use of negative space.Β

Composition of the first one is my jam, it looks like it could be a piece for a card game like Shadowverse! I don't really get the same vibe with the others which makes them seem a little lackluster.

Hmm, I can understand. They all have their plusses. I initially wanted to go for A, but that was mostly because of the background. The pose is similar to D, but there the perspective is a bit more interesting (with the drink flying around?) and the pose seems slightly more dynamic.
B is interesting as well because of the very dynamic strong pose, but I feel it may not fit the character as well? And C seems very peaceful and pretty, but perhaps a tad less interesting than A or D.
So I can totally understand that this is a very difficult decision. You probably should go with what you feel fits best, in the end
