Lénaïck looks adorable here. It must be hard for her to get up when she's been lying down. I imagine she must have to roll on her side first or have someone help pull her up.
She looks slightly distressed here. Is she afraid of butterflys or was she about to get up when it landed on her toe and she doesn't want to scare it?

Actually, I think this perspective emphasizes her foot more than the weight of her tits, which by the way one of them looks bigger than the other. However, that's how I see this.
