Kakashi and Obito (and hoping that Tobi is Obito).At the beginning I wanted to make Obito's face burned up, because his left side was partially destroyed, anyway, I thought it would be more nostalgic for him to have his face normal... yet.

Big news everyone! Naruto chapter 599 has just come out and Tobi's identity has just been revealed! He is actually Obito Uchiha. That's right, Obito Uchiha. Now there are questions: How did he survive? What's his connection to Madara Uchiha? Etc, etc. I don't know, but I bet we'll soon find out.

I have a theory! Kishimoto is a fucking idiot who pulls plot points out of his ass and doesn't respect there intelligence, that's why Tobi is Obito even though it makes no sense. Do I get a cookie now?

kishimoto is a genius and it doesn't exactly take one to have known all along it was obito. i mean seriously the eye he has is on the other side as kakashi's AND he had the same time-space power kakashi's eye had in SEASON 1!!! with the same animation and everything. tobi and obito also use all the same letters. the best way to hide something is in plain sight

Well remember, everyone thought Obito was dead. And everyone also said that just because Tobi's mask's eyehole was on the opposite side as Kakashi's Sharingan, doesn't mean he was Obito.

I think that somehow when Obito was crushed, he inadvertently learned the teleportation jutsu that he uses.. just my theory.

The fact that Tobi is Obito is supported in the latest chapter of Naruto. It's revealed in Naruto Chapter 597 that Tobi acquired Obito's eye at the Battle of Kannabi Bridge. The fact that he knows about Kakashi and Guy sorta ppints to two possibilities. One: Tobi is Obito Uchiha, and he somehow survived the rock crushing him (maybe with his SpaceβTime Migration Technique, I don't know, and I also don't know how to explain his grave) Two: It is someone who was at the Battle of Kannabi Bridge or after it, discovered Obito's corpse and took his eye. Look on Narutopedia or manga reading websites like mangahere.com if you hadn't got up to that chapter yet.

well i do not have the first part figured but for unknown reasons after he survived madara must have told him the truth of the uchiha but i can't figure out several things but i can say is after learning the truth he stared to hate the leaf and himself i just don't know how long madara was alive after that but he must have trained him very well i also don't know if madara sent him to attack Minato and take the kyubi but i can say he must have hated him after the truth also he most likely stalked Kakashi based an his knowledge but i do have ideas on his MangekyΕ Sharingan one is he got it when he helped Itachi kill the uchiha or he is the one who killed rin and that is all i can say

That's likely what happened. One of the questions I want to know, is how Obito's eyesight didn't deteriorate after use of his MangekyΕ Sharingan abilities. Most people would say he used the eyes he has stored in his laboratory, but each MangekyΕ Sharingan has a different ability. That's what I want to know.

I can't believe it, not only is Madara joining the battle, but we now have proof that he knows Obito. Just what is their connection.
Also, we don't know how Obito survived, but he seems to be doing this because he seems to blame Kakashi for Rin's death.
