One of the last gifts I ever received from my father was a print of Sancho Panza.
He was to give it to me for Christmas. He died before I arrived home.
I never understood exactly why the print. What story was to accompany it.
Worse, it was later ruined, along with a lot of person items, from my junkie mother's friends.
I like to think in an alternative world, this piece of yours hangs beside that one.
Because this work? Beautiful. The very same spirit of the official lithographs.
