And personally, I'm a big fan of digitigrade. I might not know the difference entirely to which you're referring to when you bring up unguligrade (unless you mean hoofed?)
In general for me though, anthros like canines, felines, dragons (including common shark designs etc), I like the digitigrade style. I enjoy the headcanon that anthro characters don't wear shoes, as their feet don't need the protection, which makes digitigrade just feel more natural as well. It's also just...attractive for some reason >_>.
(This goes beyond anthro art. I love digitigrade on mech designs too for example.)
