I agree with hornsholdmyhalo's comments so I won't restate them. This photograph does have a lovely mood, it appears very cold

Photo has a very interesting look to it, almost like its photo of a model miniature of a lake. The top right of the photo looks like the horizon line has some unnatural blurring in it almost. The shot could also use a bit more dynamic contrast IMO.

Also one of the things I've been saying alot is if your camera outputs EXIF data, make sure to keep it intact in your photos. EXIF allows other people to see your shot settings, and in my case allows me to give more detailed critique
