the textures in your monotypes are like the antidote to all the smoothed digital airlessness that's so popular on DA. Like, somehow this is much more like a real mindscape, not sanitized, not cool, just awesome (in the true sense) and fearless

how do you get that veiny weird texture in the paint, i wanna do it so bad but i dont know how.

the texture comes from a good deal of turpentine breaking up the inks and paints on the plexiglass. Just start experimenting. Remember, this is a monotype, not a painting.
