Yet another fusion based on another obscure experiment I have discovered, thanks to Bricerific43 finding screenshots of the Chinese App, Stitch Now. The same app that also contained the real Experiment 015: Ruggles. Any who, this fusion is a combination of the real design of Experiment 023: Cyclo and Wailmer. Both are round and bouncy experiments filled with air. Cyclo supposedly uses his air horn ears to inflate himself and creates tornadoes, judging by the name and Wailmer uses the move Whirlpool. Plus, this also stems from the fact that baleen whales have throat pouches that expand when gulping a ton of prey, which are fish and krill.
