Normally, even Born people wouldn't have kind of these dangerous illness randomly, so in fact
i actually do think that she did have something happen to her but the owner wouldn't show.
Maybe the flashback will show. It will happen soon, like, in the end of the comic, that Adam would be very frustrated,
and it's better when he's frustrated because u saw what happened earlier, how Adam punched the old man.
I do think there is an epic fight soon in the end, and i think Ink will actually explain the reason. Maybe he's
behind all those things, and how she died. What do you think?
Two options how she died, in my opinion :
Either she had ate something awful, but didnt notice it.
Or she had been attacked, but tried hard not to show the pain.

It's obvious that she wouldn't spawn. She is 'Born' not Spawn.
Spawns would make 'borns' by giving birth to them.
If she was been Spawn, she wouldn't have aged, judging by her hair colour.
So, her father is Born because he can age, meaning she is Born as well.
Born can't respawn, but Spawn can.

Ink's axe had special enchantments on it, to which it allows to take away XPs so you do not re-spawn when killed by said weapon. these enchantments are hard to get and reqiers alot of your own XP to make.

I think there is a mistake.
Spawns were created by Notch, and they respawn, as well don't age.
Meaning, his son is not Spawn yet because he was born as baby.
When he was been thinking like this, ` My son didnt respawn blahblah .. `i was so confused.
Maybe Tomboy made the mistake. o-o
Of course, a born person having its head chopped off, seems impossible to respawn.

both Born and Spawns can respawn... illness (only Borns get sick) takes away your "life Orbs" (your XP) if you do not have enough "life orbs" you do not respawn
