They say your brain is quicker then your mind, your brain can register something before you even think of it. So the concept of this is to pick a color (trying to feel more than pick) and a brush(perferably one that doesn't run out,like the transparent brushes) and just do what feels right.This is what I got with my eyes open, when you do it with your eyes closed its even better. Soon I'll upload finger painting of me doing the same thing, some with music playing some when im surronded by silence, and some with people talking. Some I may do eyes open, some closed, I'll being experimenting. But these photos/painting, whatever you call them may look like garbage, old toddlers work, but it's what really deep inside of you.
