It's TRA Lara by $AtlantiB$, the link is in the XNALara modding thread at Tomb Raider Forums, I don't know if it's the real model, it looks like it is to me

And im so annoyed...i live by a day care and some kid keeps SCREAMING
Why won't the workers try to calme them down, it's so rude.

Maybye you can go back to a previous save and try again, I hope you get past that bear, it's a great game! Have you tried any other Tomb Raider games?
The workers should calm them down, screaming and noisy kids can be really annoying

Is the Lara mod colors untouched? Because her wow chest looks a bit wow see-through.
