The Lara model is Lara summer by vega82,
Behind the counter is Multiplayer_Bonus_Model_MrsNorman by o0Crofty0o,
Floor, Pictureframes, shadows and Walls by DecanAndersen, the walls is modded by drakl0r (I just changed the colour of the wood a little),
Teapot and sugarpot by Monkey 13,
All the rest is from 3d warehouse, and converted to obj format by me, :
The Baker's Display is made by Surya Murali,
The Touch Screen POS (cash register) is made by chrisgdyer,
The Glass door cabinet is made by ScRon,
The ice water glas is Lemon cocktail made by Nguoi thoi ken,
The empty glases is the same model, I removed everything except the glas,
The Chairs and table is made by M,
The coffecup is made by VIPphoto.

My boyfriend has made a Conversion software for sketchup exported obj files, it's avaliable here : [link]
The software is developed to help the conversion of exported obj files from sketchup. There is also a link to the exporter I use.
