Number 9! One more scout to go... I chose to do her Super Sailor form, since it's my favorite of the Moon transformations (everyone else is just drawn in whatever form they first appeared in). Yes, I am going off the manga art, hence her cool fade-y gradient collar.I actually found ChibiMoon much less annoying in the original Japanese. Pink Sugar Heart Attack = endless entertainment.
