Great shot, good angle, love the effect the smoke makes in this one.
This could definately be a cover shot for a movie, or play of some sort, reminds me of Phantom of the Opera for some reason...
Possibly the smoke almost depicting a face itself...

My only complaint for this one would be either the models' head moved or you need a tripod. There's a little motion that really shows up in the hair. Other than that it's really nice.
