I would have to see a side by side comparison to your current style, but based on what I see here, the thing that stands out most is the increased level of detail for the facial expression...other than that, I cannot tell any difference...but I am no art critic by any means, so what do I know? Let me put a side by side up for myself, and I will get back to you!
