Amazing work by the way! The environment looks SSS! Maybe you should consider adding some highlights onto him? I think he looks a rather flat tbh Actually I think it might help make your subjects look more 3Dish if you tried adding some highlights that way we know where your light source is coming from, but that's just my opinion!
