Metagross is hands down one of the top ten if not top five best none-legendary Pokemon's you can ever find, and has the coolest shiny color scheme on top of it all. I love this walking tank!!!

We have seen them being able to fly somewhat in the anime, so it can variate. But walking, maybe 5 km/h. I don't know how much that is in US mile/h.
