Since you asked for it, here is your critique:
After looking at your picture for some time, the lines of the coat seem to reflect that he has a slimmer midsection than his chest. I'm not sure what he looks like underneath (drool...) but this may or may not be a concern.
Also, his hair. Like I said before, you have much to work with, be it giving him less or more to it.
Shading wise, he seems to be in light where it looks as though its one solid color. You may want to consider either darkening the shadows or making him a solid shade. Well..... I disagree with the solid color. It would take away from it, I think.

Yes, I don't see that appealing anymore. Morris is a chubby man and he doesn't look like one here. This is a drawing I did 4 years ago. So old but thank you for the critique, lgster2.

How would you make him look more chubby though? The only thought that comes to mind is his coat. Other than that, you could make him chubby in the stomach but with muscular arms.

This artwork was actually an idea of my OC cosplaying as Duke, a fighting game character from King of Fighters: Maximum Impact.

Proportion wise, everything looks good. The thing that bugs me is his chest. It's not that it isn't appealing, but it seems a bit out of place if you pay attention to the fit of his jacket. Eyes look good, the hair seems to need something, be it a bit more spike or less body.
Other than that, good job. Let me know if you ever need a critique
