Namco Bandai has to put Mr. Driller and Kolona characters because there working on the forth game.

I agree, I rather Crash and Spyro in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, Rayman and Klonoa on the other hand, they're fine to be in Super Smash Bros., besides, Rayman and Klonoa have games released on Nintendo systems. I guess with Rayman Legends being previously exclusive to Wii U, I could see Rayman being in Smash Bros. I'm not too associated with Klonoa, so I'm clueless on his probability of being included in the Smash Bros franchises.
Though Crash and Spyro definitely belong in Playstation All-Stars.

I need to say this, Rayman Origins and Legends reminds me of the first Rayman game (which was first released on the PS1 on September 1, 1995, it was also released on the Game Boy Color on March 2000), and Klonoa has games released on Nintendo systems so he has a chance of being included in the Super Smash Bros. franchises, and I agree with you that Crash and Spyro definitely belong in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale due to them both being Sony-published in the PS1 days.

Crash is close to Playstation. The Rayman characters either are closest to Playstation or they're equal to all platforms. Klonoa, I'm actually not sure.
