they can have: any traits (the mouth has to be sown shut and connected to the eyes though! usually a cute smile), extra arms and all that, goo, exposed bone, any head shape, any ears, any wing shape, any fur pattern (or scales! or any texture)

they cannot have: legs that do not resemble bird legs, wings that cannot fold into their cape

they can hide their tail under their cape, you wouldnt even know its there!
