This is my first drawing of yours, and I've got to say, you've given me a fairly good impression. The art isn't fully smooth, but it's still very cute and follows art principles well. The pose doesn't look too stiff, the sole shot was a nice touch, the hand was drawn very well, and I like how you stylised the face. I even like the cell shading that you went for. It looks very good, especially in regards to the clothing and the character's left foot.
If I could offer some critique, the left eye (her left) is a bit too small in comparison to the right. In addition, the different pupils? If this was part of the character's original design, okay, you were just following that design and adapting it. But if it's something you did, I don't think it really benefits the drawing much.
Ultimately, I love this small piece.
While I'm here, I'll touch on the dirty variant. You drew dirt the same way I did when I started out with this foot fetish art, scattered all over the foot. It's not really supposed to be like that (there are many examples as to what it should be), but I'll give you a pass in this regard. I can chalk it up to just cartoonish stylisation. I do find the clean version better, but the dirty variant isn't bad. It's not like the entire drawing is different, it's just two feet.

I grown tired of the "Nice." or "Neat." Comments. I mean their nice, and all... but their so bland, common, and like you said.. Not at all helpful. lol.
