Pokemon: Pachirisu

Ability: Volt Absorb

Move set:
Electro Ball: Anisa forms a ball of electricity in front of her hand(usually the right hand, could be both) and then either tries to touch her opponent with it or throws it at them(she has very bad aim though).
Sweet Kiss: Anisa gets in close to her opponent and gives them a quick, yet sweet kiss~(cheek, lips, the area is debatable)
Quick attack: A boost of speed Anisa will probably use to get around with more the attacking. It'll be useful to get in close to opponents if not attack them.
Magnet Rise: Charges her electricity in a way so she can float in the air. Limited flying abilities, but useful for dodging ground types

Extra: The blue in her hair are actually needle like hair-clips that she can charge with electricity and throw at her opponent to either paralyze them for a short time or make her Electro ball less likely to miss.
