Description
This style was meant to emulate that of the cover of the old Arkham House books. This was the publisher that published much of Lovecraft's work, as well as many other beautiful and collectible editions, over the years. Their covers were often dark, moody, atmospheric, and contained only one color. This one was for STONE TEARS, a chapbook by Brian Keene. The only reason I included the text is because it was hand-drawn, then added to the image in photoshop (and I know the bottom text looks like shit--I can't find the finished version...)
