OMFG! I did it! it took me actually 8 and a half hours to draw that! And I finally finished it Dx I'm so proud of it a little edited and framework did the trick x3 and I'm proud to say that this is the best I've ever drawed
my fingers are hurting and my pencils are a little worn out but it's defently worth

Harry, Hermione and Tom can be spotted easily. I suppose the two Slytherins are Snape and Lucius. The boy on the right could be Ron (because of Scabbers on his shoulder). Not completely sure about Snape and Ron, though, because of the eyes and hair coloor... *ponders*ย
Nevertheless, I absolutely love the details you put in the picture - Hedwig, Scabbers, Crookshanks, the Snake, all the house names, Hermione's book, the Quidditch emblem... - those were eight and a half hours very well spent!

I know how it feels when you put your heart in something... I do that with my pictures too, and it always devastates me when people talk them down. But luckily there's always much positive feedback too. ^^
I've always thought those eyes are black, but I think it's never a bad idea to look deep in Snape's eyes to find out their colour!

People out there can be very insensitive and cold, sadly. But luckily the majority of people here on dA are good and supportive.ย
I've made a mental note for that and will look deep into his eyes next time I watch the movie... by now I wasn't able to, because I always cry like hell at that scene, so I can't see much through the tears... (yes, I'm emotional as that).ย

True..true..yeah I've mostly met nice people here :'D when I was twelve I'll showed the boyfriend of my mother one of my best pics (..I have to say I wasn't that good at drawing at that age xD) and he said a blind monkey could draw better then me and I should drop it..of course I didn't give up but the fear of negative response will be always there
