absolutely gorgeous. the point of view is really what makes the piece, it gives it the feeling that these trees reach the sky. the colours are very dramatic, and it's a nice way to capture fall colour.
that being said, it could have been taken a little later/earlier. other than the trees in shadow, there's really not much contrast between the sky and the leaves, and it makes it look a little cluttered. maybe it's just personal preference, but I also think a darker sky would bring out the vibrant colour of the leaves more.
