I bought a bunch of broken figures for parts from Ebay, but these two I decided to try and fix.

For Cage I had to rebuild the torso out of clay and half of his left hand. I was able to retain the torso articulation but not the hand. and also he has massive balloon fingers there now. The rest was repainting.

Vega/Balrog (JP) had the wrong hands attached and, oh yeah, snapped at the waist. I didn't try to save the waist articulation, because it was already impeded by the sash. Now he has hands that once belonged to a certain Randall Keith Orton, and some wonky hand made claws. They're not shit, they're artisanal!!! I also had to completely repaint his skin, because I couldn't quite match the original skin tone. But with all the scuffs, he was not a pretty boy. And if you know anything about this character you know that's a fate worse than death for him. Looks better now. Probably not getting on the cover of Vogue, but I'm sure he could manage Psychopath Weekly.
