It is hard to make a critique to your drawings because it's easier to point out what's wrong and give some advice as to how you could improve. Whenever I look at your art, though, all I can usually say is "it's great, I love it", but that doesn't make a good critique, so I usually end up with nothing to say.
In this particular illustration, however, I have found 2 points that stood out as weird to me, the first one being the hair. You used a shade of white/grey on the inner part of her hair close to the neck, on the top of the left shoulder and the very end of a strand near her elbow. Those places seem to be where the shadows would be the strongest, so I find it weird you went for a shade of light in those places, with the one close to the elbow perhaps being the only place where it would feel natural, given its position relative to the light coming from the right side.
The second point that stood out for me was the bed. On the right of Nero, the bed is entirely red, while the top of the bed on the left of her is black. Since it is out of focus, I can't really tell if there are sheets covering the right side and the left one is exposed, so what I see is an inconsistency with coloring.
Those are the only 2 points I could find out to criticize your work this time around. I would lower the ear a bit to make it closer to the jaw, but I believe that would be more of a preference rather than something objectively measurable.
I only have praise for the reflection effects on her hair and the transparent curtain, and I found the smoke coming out of her cup cute. It is a very nice composition and you captured the light perfectly, but those white shades still strike me as odd.
