Welp, so I went and did the design guide!

Appearance rates:
To determine the rarity of a premade Mogon design, I use RNG. The appearance rates are as follow.

Common: 65%
Uncommon: 25%
Rare: 8%
Exclusive: 2%
Tails:
Mogon tails are quite flexible and strong. They are mainly used for swimming, flight and sitting / standing upright.

Long Bulbed & Bare: This tail type does not help as much in swimming but is a very strong means of protection.
Bulbed: Currently does not have any known use other than for balance. Can excrete poison. Further research is necessary.
Tail Fin: The most versatile of the tail types. Tail fins are very useful for both swimming and flying. The downside is that they are not as useful when it comes to combat.
Stinger: The thinnest of all tail types. Stingers do not allow a Mogon to stand and sit upright. This tail type has little to no use when it comes to swimming. However, this tail is very effective when it comes to combat. Can excrete poison.
Ears:
Mogons are hearing impaired so they rely on ear like appendages to pick up vibrations and frequencies which they analyze.

Regular: These appendage types are effective enough for the everyday life of a Mogon.
Bud & Plop: These types are not exactly the best but are quite efficient enough when in water.
Extra Long: These ear types are the best for a Mogon. Having very long ear appendages means a greater amount of vibrations and frequencies that they can pick up.
Wings & Gliders:
A very small amount of Mogons can grow wings & gliders depending on what is needed for their daily life. These Mogons use their wings or gliders to cool their bodies off during Summer.

Ray: Classified as Gliders. The best type for Mogons who spends time more on bodies of water than on land. These gliders are very efficient in swimming underwater. These cannot be used for flying.
Dragon: Classified as Wings. The best type for Mogons who prefer land than water. These wings allow the Mogon flight. Useless in water.
Misc:
Mogon traits that cannot be classified into a group.

Horns: A means of protection. Can only grow around the forehead.
Extra Appendages: Having extra appendages increases the amount of vibrations and frequencies that a Mogon can pick up.
Rhino Horn: The only type of horn to not grow around the forehead. Great for protection.
Shark Fins / Extra Fins: Can grow on various parts of the body. Allows greater maneuverability in water.
Spines: Can grow on various parts of the body. Further research necessary.
Secondary Wings & Gliders: Allows greater maneuverability. 25% chance of appearing if a mogon has a pair of gliders / wings. Appears along spine.
Poison: A mogon has a 50% chance of having the poison trait if it has horns or a bulbed / stinger type of tail.
Mogons cannot grow fur. Their skin is very similar to that of a dolphin, shark, manta or similar.
