i think the forearm is a little short as well >< but i like the costume and design overall!

Love that this guy is short. I'm a bit sick of tall/skinny ppl.
I would suggest adding more detail in his boot and maybe his arms are slightly too short. they prolly need to be a few inches closer to his knees
If you dont win the contest (no offense) are you allowed to reuse any portion of that concept? if so you should definitly build up OC's based on that uniform.

Well IDK if you can use that actual character in your other work, but that outfit is very cool for military.
I saw some of the other concepts- I dont think you'd have an issue using the character as is as long as he gets a new name and has diff credentials.

Idk, i''ve noticed in many anchient cultures they get all 'dolled up" so to speak when they get ready for war. Details in armor, daggers, even the bow-n-arrow is astounding. cultures have always put alot of meaning into their war gear.
