Kiitoksia paljon.
Tuo on naapurien talo. Otin tämän kotipihalta.

I got the answer. It is caused by the long exposure and moving air.
The air moves and so the way the camera lens "percieves" the movement of the light coming through the air.

PS I meant the city lights, not the auroras; the auroras of course are blurry because they do move.

The long exposure, that's why, it happens a lot with lights even if you're using a tripod and the camera doesn't move. It's because of the atmosphere, the air moves and so the way the camera lens "percieves" the movement of the light coming through the air, so to speak, is printed forever on the photo.

Ahaa, thank you for telling.
I knew that long exposure had something to do with that.

Rupesin myös ihmettelemään, että hetkinen, miksi noi valot liikkuu. Erikoinen efekti eikä tuu kyllä yhtään mieleen, mistä voisi johtua! Kivat sävyt.
