Angels Inc 'A Presidential Delemma' available at Barnes & Noble [link] 
I noticed a little cutie being drawn by quite a few artists web-wide so I thought Id make a render of her. Never heard of the char, and as I was drawing her in my style noticed she came out looking like the old 2003 pics of my ToniBo, hair, boots, and all. I also noticed that it seems everyone puts white hair on the char, but when I looked her up on CNs site she has yellow hair fading to white, so I drew Drew that way.
