WHIMSEY!!!! sorry, but seriously, this is another one of my favs. it's really funny too, because in french "dents de lion" literally means teeth of the lion, and is pronounced pretty much the same way as "dandelion." so yah... the attention to the watercolor leaves is astonishing and i love the mane and ears- just the way that they were drawn is really interesting. and of course, the eyes..... sweet. i only wish that i was that classy....... damn lion...

I love how whimsical this looks, like an illustration from a classic faerie tale or something. That dandelion clock is really well done, too. I love those things. <3

it truely is. the fae don't like it very much when people spell it like that, and the sidhe hate being called even faeries more than the fae hate being called fairy- the sidhe are elves. very powerful elves. (sorry, random rant. but thanks for agreeing with me.

My highschool campus is huge, and wherever there's grass there were dandelions...and I mean...even though a lot of people hate them and are like "ewww weeds get them off my lawn" I like them....and so ....yeah I was thinking to myself as I was walking through them and I thought "dandelion...dandy-lion! ooh cool! I'm going to draw that XD"
