Bright vibrant colors make this a very appealing photograph. It gives me the motivation to go out for a run in the fall. ( Or what was once known as fall) The way the photo is set up it I feel as if some cross country runner is about to pop out. Very cool

i love fall colors so much. it does seem like a cross country area doesn't it.. i wonder if it gets used for that in the winter.. its sort of in the middle of nowhere though.. its right beside a huge cliff actually.

What a good spot to take this picture, its absolutely beautiful! Autumn is my favorite season ever, and I've lost it now that I've moved to LA. Images like this just bring the joy of autumn right back to me, so thanks for that.
The colors in this are beautiful I love the mix of the orange and gold of autumn with the fading green of late summer, and the curve of the road makes me wish I could walk into the picture and just walk through what looks like such a peaceful area.

yeah, autumn is such a beautiful season. its a bummer you can't experience it in LA, you can always do some traveling to see it again though

Amazing colors. It looks so calm and serene, but also conveys the feeling of impending change. This feeling is furthered by the winding road which leads to things yet unseen.

thanks, thats too bad that its dry over there, even though it must be nice to have warmth.. but wouldn't the trees still have to go through the same color process before turning brown and falling off?

The leaves just dry up and fall off without much color at all. We had poplar trees in August that were already yellow and brown. We have just a bit of red on some now, but not much.
