It's missing a panel. The sudden transition from elbowing to the face to standing on top of him almost kills the immersion.

You know what, now that you said that it really does throw it off a bit. I guess in my head, in my mind, I could see him falling to the floor and then going to the next panel, but most people might be wondering "why the hell is he on the floor now?"
