This is a really neat picture. Not sure what those white spots could be unless it was caused by catching a small ray of light due to the camera moving slightly with the extended exposure, but not really sure.

+ You've managed to create a picture in which the water is clearly moving (where some pictures look like the water is standing still), but it hasn't yet become very blurry (what often happens with pictures of water). I like that, maybe because of the perspective, the water looks a bit like clouds from up close! Its quite simple, but its good enough to be that simple (if that makes sense)
- Minor thing, but viewing it on full size, I saw these tiny white specs on the bottom of the picture...which is a shame! Looks like something went wrong on your lens?

I checked with recent photos and there's no spots there, so the lens is fine. I'm guessing that's either the rocks and stuff in the water or a one time problem

Bronx River, eh? How wide is that river. I wish the river (in the valley I live) looked like this. Our river looks more like a creek (it never rains here). The water in this photograph came out very interesting. It almost looks like clouds in the water.
