Dr. Faustus + Felix Faust

Dr. Felix Faustus is a sorcerer who poses as a psychiatrist. He claims to specialize in delusions and illnesses that appear to be demonic posseessions, claiming to treat and cure these inflictions with his psychiatry. He's a master hypnotist and can actually modulate his voice in a way to control or create delusions in his victims, many times creating the "possessions" he claims to cure. However, he's a master demonologist and has sold and bought back his soul many times in an effort to achieve his goals, and each time he buys it back, he's a bit worse off than he was before. His work in curing delusionary possessions has allowed him to make contact with many demons that he has been able to bargain with. His cover as a well-respected psychologist is impeccable and allowed him to be contacted by Pietro Roth in an effort to cure his sister. The Joker, Demon of the Darkhold is a powerful, very powerful, and very crazy demon that Dr. Faustus had longed to make contact with, but was never able to. Until this chance was presented to him. However, he got more than he bargained for when contacting the Joker and barely escaped with the tattered remains of his soul intact, dodging the insane demons' whims by presenting to him the lost opportunity that was the boy born alongside his "daughter" Raven Maximoff. Pietro was transformed to Speed Devil, and neither he nor his sister were fully aware of what Felix Faustus did, leaving the encounter simply believing the Joker was simply too powerful for the psychiatrist/exorcist to handle. Dr. Felix Faustus, however, has left the encounter a new devotee of the Demon of the Darkhold.
