Description Okay so I've submitted alot of old art today. This piece is weird though because its old yet new at the same time. I was going thru old files and such and found this piece or the original piece. I always hated how i colored it. This piece is very old and when i originally did it I was still new to photoshop and very young. So filters were still fun to me and i used them quite often and my original outting on this piece is the perfect example of why you shouldn't use filters at all. Just don't do it. Its not cool. It actually hurt to look at the original but i always liked the idea so fortunately I had found a PSD file still not yet flatten so I could go back and retinker this failure. It was only suppose to be a quick fixxer upper but I ended up spending hours on it. I Changed alot of things like the original you could see the guys face and he had hair. But overall its the same feel cept without the coloring bring pain to your eyes. So like i said it's very old, yet very new.

P.S.- This is actually Version_2.0 but I no longer possess that font and I love it so Why change it right?! Okay so maybe I should change it.

Thank you. It is funny you commented on this since I just messed with different colors on it earlier. I keep playing with it here and there. Soon I'll have a rainbow of different ninja mechs.

Ah, I remember this. I agree with the interp of filters, however, not totally. Filters are ok if used wisely(i.e. correctly) and sparingly. You can't just plastic wrap everything, you know?

I look at it like this. You see a hot chick loaded with caked on makeup, making her appear gawdy and fake, when a bit of eyeshadow and lipstick would do just fine. Less is more. The trick is looking like you didn't use filters at all....then you've succeeded where so many other have not.

Still a nice pic tho.

I agree. Fun to work on old stuff, and it shows how far i've come and just how much my process has changed. Pretty cool.
