Here is my take on Delancy Duck from Gary K. Wolf's books, Who P-p-p-Plugged Roger Rabbit? and Who Wacked Roger Rabbit? In both books, he is the editor in chief of the ToonTown Telltale, which publishes scandalous stories of ToonTown's citizens, especially Jessica Rabbit. In Who Kidnapped Clarice Cub, his personality remains the same. Delancy is a regular shyster who prefers profit over principles and ethics. He is also one of ToonTown's Famous Nine.Dlancy Duck, ToonTown, Jessica Rabbit, and the ToonTown Telltale belong to Gary K. Wolf.
