This is Gokiburi no Kurotsuki. He is the Royal Summoner of the Zooey Empire. He was exiled from Titipu for summoning spirits without a license. Rumors say that he can transform into a giant snake.Trivia: His name is Japanese for “Cockroach of the Black Moon”.
