I don't know much about Magik and kind of always viewed her as being villainous so making her a Green Lantern is an interesting touch. The green metal arms look good as well.

I did read a bit into Infernus where she became Queen of Hell(?), but to be honest, I'm in the same boat as you about knowing that much about Magik. To tell you the truth, I think someone requested her as a Green Lantern and I thought it worked.

To be honest if it was a request then that makes more sense. As for X-Men, unless it's X-Factor related I want NOTHING to do with it. Much like Batman, I am SICK of Wolverine (and Deadpool is quickly joining that list) due to him being EVERYWHERE and having no character bar "grr. I'm dark".

I just stay away from X-Men altogether. I did read the first 2 books of Cyclops + X-Men and Wolvie + X-Men, but I quickly lost interest. Speaking of Wolverine, I came up with an idea for a small comic panel:
There's a dark laboratory where a scientist is standing in front of several large body tubes where he's laughing, menacingly. A figure emerges from the far left tube and it's a short, hairy figure. The figure says to the doctor "Are we good?" and the doctor replies "Yes. It is official: We've made the greatest team of Avengers of ALL TIME!!!" Then various clones of Wolverine come launching out of the tubes like Captain Woverica, Thorverine, etc. forming the greatest fanboy service: The Avengeful Avengers!!! XD

That reminds me of an Exiles storyline where a team of Wolverines from various universes had to fight against a foe who was Wolverine, Magneto, Quicksilver and maybe someone else merged into one and had in turn gathered all the known Wolverines to try and help create a perfect world or something. Alas I think this is what made me start to dislike the character.

And the sad part about it is? I was just making a joke and they actually pulled it off!
I don't not hate Wolverine, I just don't care anymore. He's become this VERY uninteresting caring character who wins just about every fight he's been in now. You know, I miss the old angry Wolvie who would run into battle without thinking and get his butt handed to him all of the time. At least that was more realistic.
Now, he's the Marvel version of Batman. I bet 10 to 1 people would buy a Wolverine/Batman crossover book and love the crap out of it just for the fact they are both in the book. While you think Bats is boring, I think Wolverine is just as bad; his character cannot be explored anymore. He's been to Japan, had a kid, killed a lot of people/mutants, regret doing so, fought with every member of the X-Men, been through Hell, runs a school, etc. What else can be done?
...Oh yeah, that's right. They're making a story IN CANON that is going to say that Wolverine helped Xavier start up the X-Men. Yeah.

I don't even want to think about it...
To be fair I see depth in him in X-Force but otherwise I'm just burned out. Just like how I hate there's about 12 Batman books in the New 52 (seriously?! Why can't we have four or five and dedicate the rest to fan favourites?!), the fact Wolverine is on every team even if it doesn't make sense annoys me.

I do agree with you on the 5+ Batman books, considering most of them aren't any good from what I hear (I've only pulled the plain old Batman series, which has been amazing so far). And as painful as it is to say, I'm surprised that the Superman book hasn't really hit a decent stride. I bought the first issue and I just couldn't continue with the series.
And I've not been reading much of any Avengers/X-Men books, but I feel the pain with him on EVERY team. (I'm actually surprised Spider-Man beat out Wolvie to be in the F4 team.)

Action Comics has been good since issue 1 IMO and Superman keeps offering promise; I LOVE the idea of making Helspont into a new Superman villain. I was a bit annoyed at how we only appeared in issues 6 and 7, but his return in the annual seems to be offering a taste of things to come, suggesting he will be more important in the future. Superman to me is a rough gem; it shows signs of the quality I want from a Superman book but it needs A LOT more polish to get there.
I like Spidey on the Fantastic Four. He's had such a good relationship with them it made sense. To be honest I disliked how underused he was during FF and was UTTERLY disappointed at how the Peter/Johnny issue ended with Peter DEMANDING Johnny moved out! I wanted to see more of the dynamics between the two.

I haven't given Action Comics a try. My friend does enjoy it, and I've honestly thought about giving it a shot, now that the Zero issues are out. I would love to have a Supes book in my pull list, but I agree about the polish needed in the book.
I'm going to say something blasphemous and say I've never read any book in Hickman's run on FF. I've heard amazing things, but the FF never really appealed to me. I was surprised to see how quick they brought Johnny back and I think a duo book of Storm and Spidey would make for an interesting read.
