I really like Miles' costume and I'm curious to see how the recent merger of the Marvel Universe pans out. I do think it's a shame Marvel is keeping these two apart - for now anyway - outside of a recent mini arc, as I'd love for Peter and Miles to have a relationship similar to Clark and Conner before the recent "NU52"; Miles isn't Spidey's "side-kick" but they are close and Peter has a mentor like role.

I've heard some people are against the "Multiple-Spider" approach which I feel is a tad odd; if we can have multiple Hulks (Green, She, Red and Red She), Iron Mans (Tony, Rhodey and Pepper - even if Rescue is done and dusted) Thors (Thor, BRB and Jane) and Caps (Steve, US Agent, Falcon and Bucky) why can't we have Spidey, Miles, 2099 and others running around? Each usually has their own power set and you can often tell unique, different stories with them - Miguel wants to restore his future, Miles is in school, Peter has FINALLY moved out of his aunt's basement and is making a name for himself (which people also hate...) so I fail to see why having admittedly similar characters you can tell similar-but-different stories with is a bad thing.

I do like how this piece came out. The individual strands on his webbing is really well done and I do like the detailing on the foot. The colouring is also really good and I can imagine the shading was hard due to his black costume.
