Since it's officially 2024, Mickey Mouse (In his debut appearance in Steamboat Willie) has entered the public domain, which means that everyone now has the creative liberty to what they want with him (unless Disney's lawyers have found some cockamamie way of protecting him).I can't wait to see an influx of third-rate horror movies based off him to appear in theaters only to be dumped in the margins of streaming services months/years later!^^
