Here is a smattering of the story sketches I did for the opening cinematic of Cars 2: The Video Game. There's a lot of missing panels here, this is just a selection of some of my favorite drawings. Some fine fellow has uploaded the entire opening here:[link]

in all of his shots, finn manages to be funny and cute at the same time. I especially like how cute/pissed he looks in the second one.

I got the one for the PS3 on my birthday! I even got the two bonus characters for getting it at Wal-Mart, plus i bought a few downloadable charactors for myself and my collection of charactors is almost complete!

These are great. So if I'm interpreting this correctly, you originally planned to have Mater land on top of Acer? That panel is particularly funny; it brings to mind Super Mario smashing down one of the mushrooms.

We toyed with the idea, but it was going to give away that it was a "simulation" much too early in the storyboard. (Acer would have just de-rezzed and disappeared.) As it turned out, I think it was much better to have Mater drop in from off screen and keep the player wondering why that had happened. This was a great story exercise for me.

I work for Disney Interactive, which does some of the Pixar games. I worked on the Bolt, Toy Story 3, and Cars 2 video games. Thanks, by the way.

No problems It must be hard work, When I am older I hope to work for Pixarone day, I hope they make a cars 3 LOL. I am hoping to go to California this year and see the animations studios, the one i really want to go see is Pixar animation studios. Do you know a person named Marco Marengi, H eworked on I am legend, The Green Lanturn and the Polar Express. We know him very well, he's a family friend.
Loving your art I hope too see more of the cars ones they are inspiring I must say.
