Rewatching Shrek the Third, I immediately thought it'd be fun for there to be a reenactment of the scene of Trolls where Poppy and Branch run into Cloud Guy, with Rumpelstiltskin, Artie and Goldilocks in the roles. Seriously, it'd be funny if that happened in the Shrek universe, and not only because the males have the same voice actors, but it'd be genuinely funny. Though I also imagine Goldie also being easily annoyed by Rumpel while Artie is the positive one.
