Colonel Wellington B. Bunny: Mr. Herriman (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends)

Antoine: Pepe Le Pew (Looney Tunes) and Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory; as a caterpillar) (sharing the role) (I liked the idea of Pepe and Bugs being a duo for at least one time, and as for Dexter, I thought I'd include a character not-so-commonly used)

Colonel Bunny's assistant: Rabbit (Winnie the Pooh) and the White Rabbit (Alice in Wonderland (1951)) (sharing the role)

Donna: Lola Bunny (Looney Tunes)

Madame Esmeralda: Scary Godmother

Santa Claus: Kermit the Frog (The Muppets; reprising his role as Santa from my Bambi the Red-Nosed Reindeer/Po the Snow-Panda series)

Montresar: Fidget (The Great Mouse Detective; in reference to how there's another bat henchman to a Vincent Price-portrayed villain)
