Might be her back to school style. You know, for when the series ends and there's a possible spin-off that takes place in school? Yeah, that'd be her usual outfit for the spin-off. I don't know how the others would dress though. All I know is that the spin-off could only work for one-half focusing on Phineas and Ferb's school and the other half focusing on Candace's.
Now, I'm imagining the Toppa Tengen Gurren Lagann theme Sora Iro Days playing when she appears.
