I could be wrong but was there an episode of Bart and Lisa turning into dogs, it could have been a Treehouse of Horror special.

Now she's a dog. Also, the removal of her clothes ending up showing her panties just does away with "her body absorbs the rest of her clothing" and other nonsense, and that's calling something nonsense while still on the scale of Lisa Simpson turning into a dog. Also, panties are clothing, something that prevents complete nudity. An artist should get enough freedom to do his job properly and without making anything worse.
