A very good story line for Bagan. Bagan is an alien god from another planet ran by a fanatic group of cultists. Their influence is felt across the cosmos and a hidden sect on Earth summons Bagan and it's creatures on Earth. Earth's forces try to stop the cultists but, the creatures are too powerful for humanity. Godzilla and Mothra appear and defeat the creatures but, the cultists become desperate and sacrifice themselves and summon Bagan. Bagan kills Mothra and severally wounds Godzilla. Mothra's energy gives Godzilla additional strength and he becomes Super Godzilla and kills Bagan and saves the Earth.

Very interesting take on the character. You’ve really nailed the Lovecraftian tones. I’m doing also working on a concept for the Kaiju, but this one is more akin to the original tanka proposal where Bagan is actually multiple creatures that merge into one.

Kinda. There are four monsters that are separate entities. Each one of them being based around a classical element. The four monsters have originally been split from a singular form that resembles a mix between the traditional Bagan concept and the more demonic look that was considered for Mothra Vs. Bagan.
