Okay, I actually went to that furaffinity account of yours and saw the (at this point not complete) animations of her in battle... A couple of things and questions...
1) Points for her trainer running away after he tosses her custom PokeBall. She must be back-breakingly (literally) affectionate to him, I suppose. XD
2) Instead of "Help" or "Celebrate", wouldn't one of her "attacks" be Bulk Up?
3) How DOES that work for her? Is she balloon-like and she intakes air, but the surface-tension creates an illusion of muscle mass that can act as big as it looks? Does the pump of her tail intake the air or does it produce something like a fast-acting steroid? This is curiosity.
4) What's her PokeDex entry? XD I had a loose idea, but you probably have a better one. "Cutemander: The Small Package Pokemon. This morph of Charmander has lost the capability to evolve, but it's no less difficult to train. When it feels its territory is threatened, the gland in its tail produces an inflammatory substance that pumps into its pectoral sacs, which distribute the substance through the body. Trainers are advised to handle these Pokemon with care."
I WAS going to ask her typing, but now I see... Fire/Fairy. Neat.

1) She's a lot of collateral
2) That was the original idea, but I decided to go with sumthin more 'fire pokemon' themed
3)This was a late addition as well, but I thought it amusing. So her rage generate's 'fuel' causing swells of muscle to surge through her like a liquid.
4) Didn't have one, but your's works quite well, but replace 'pectoral sacs' with simple 'whole body' and we're good!

Apologies for the double reply, but you might laugh... My mind likes to over-analyze and it wondered “why would Toonpower’s Cutemanders exist in a Pokemon world?” The answer?
Fighting territory disputes with Dragon types... and prior to being Cutemanders, the Charmanders to Charizards were losing badly.
Then one comes out with an internal fire. Then pink ones. Then full type gain of Fairy. Yes now a more “fair” match up.
Now I actually imagine Professor Oak or Elm panicking when the Pokemon League official fire types end up replaced by these adorable rage beasts. XD
Oh, and I'm guessing she literally "burns off" the muscle after she's calmed with a great big Flamethrower?

Lol. Okay then.
As much as I ask "WHY BRAIN, WHY?!"... I wanna hug her, in both forms. XD I phrased "pectoral sacs" because they (and her back) were the first parts to bulk up in the animation before the rest followed. So, yeah, if you want, go ahead, use, and modify that entry. Maybe you'll think of something better than "The Small Package Pokemon.
